Hey gpvillamil, I hope you don't mind me posting a minimized version of copilot. I just did this patch-edit for myself and thought why not post it for the community :)

So while I was at it I made some custom-edits on all your patches. Good to see that you like the one above :)

wow.. this really puts Resolume in another level.

Resolume is a great program but this features are really a must for automation without the need of abletonLive or other "not so fast learned" programs.

here some more ideas for your guru coders,
don't neglect the power of transitions ;) if we could automat the transition from deck A to B and the time of that transition would be great.
even better if we could make that transition in sincronie with the triggering of the clips.

one more thing, the randomPlay don't seem to work with clips with music in them, don't know if this is a bug or if was meant to be like that.

all the rest is just perfect, really nice work and great apps
thanks a lot.

@crossfader: Good idea. I'll give it a try. Shouldn't be to hard to accomplish. Although the syncing will only be possible if everything stays inside MAX as Avenue doesn't support OSC-out at the moment (it does somehow but only in mapping-mode and manually triggered). So you would have to trigger the clips from within the MAX-patch.
@hard to learn: I started learning MAX this march and I wouldn't consider myself a guru coder (thinking of 64k demos). I never really felt comfortable with text-driven-coding like processing or flash but MAX (and QC,VVVV) really made it easy for me to get more involved with coding. Give it a try if you think you have some basic understanding of how code works.

Hi,

crossfading sinked with the BPM that cames out from the OSC, has to be like that, or else will crossfade in the middle of the clips.... is not that bad either :)
but important is how to control the duration of the transition because if it is to fast it will look like a normal triggering.

I'm starting to look at flash and QC and flash is giving me a hard time.. I'll have a look at Max but if you could point me up to some nice tut I would be very thankful.

best regards and thanks in advance

the best tutorial would be to get one of the MAX patches posted here on this forum, open it up, go into edit–mode and the click on any element inside the MAX–window and hit cmd-shift-h or ctrl-shift-h (on PC) and read carefully! ;) that's really the best way to learn MAX. At least that's what worked best for me.

maybe you could implement next time the poss. to name/rename the presets...
plus a higher number of presets would be great..
