You've got a point there Dan, but the layer effects could just be assigned within the effects panel (either asign effect globaly or to layer 1,2 or 3) ..I'm just woried that things will get a bit clutred where the main action happens, loosing that quick responce for live performances...thats why the right click, clear channel was great, nice big area to click on, split second access...

- a trigger level, at the asound analyser would be great to start movies if peak arrived.
- the option to step frames sounddependent could get
a bounce action
keep on brothers
- Possible to plug the effects also between layers ?

ok! I see what you guys have done with the "right click" on layer...( fliter effect settings from clips)
maybe see if the new clear layer button could be moved closer to where it was previously and made a bit bigger... it's too for off at the moment and a bit small for speedy action.

first off, loving your work guys. been using 1.5 for 8 months or so and version 2 has been much anticipated. think the swap channel feature is great but would've been EVEN BETTER if all the settings jump up or down with the clip, it'd make transitions smoother ie: "DAMN WISH I'D PUT THAT CLIP ON TRACK ONE WITH THE BOUNCE TO THE BASS THANG SO I COULD THROW MY LOGO UNDER IT, AHA I'LL JUST SWAP CHANNELS. POO! MY AUDIO REACTION JUST DID A BUNK..."
in typing this i realise you could just copy the settings but when i'm all sweaty n really want to be dancing i'm not sure i'll always remember.

ok, i mentioned this wish a long time ago but i need to mention it again: i absolutely NEED the record folder to be user-specified so files can be recorded somewhere other than the resolume program folder (for most people, the drive that also contains the operating system). i'm sure that's not hard to implement! pretty please?

@ Metaprofessor: To change the record folder is possible! You even could do this in version 1.5. Just right click on record and you can specifie some things for recording like the maximum lenght, frame rate and the record folder you want to use.

It would be great to be able to update 1.51 decks into 2.0. I am able to load the old decks (1.51) however the timeline for the clips is lost. Thank you for making the BEST VJ app out there. BIG LOVE!
