Development is going steady, and things are looking good. We are getting a bit antsy ourselves to get this baby out.

Resolume 4 *will* have very advanced screen setup/mapping features a la Mad Mapper and IRMapio. Unfortunately that's all I can say, and we cannot say anything further about pricing or a definite release date just yet. I wish I could, but we cannot commit to anything on a public forum until the official release.

Excellent news on the progress and its going to be interesting to see whats happening with the new release.

Can i ask if DXV is still going to be used? will this be the offical codec from now on?

Brilliant news on the mapping and whatever price it will be worth it!

Still looking forward to it!!! :)

I just spent the last two weeks converting *all* our old and new footage to DXV, in every possible resolution. So yeah, I guess you could say we're committed to DXV ;-)

Of course you'll still be able to play .avi and .movs with other codecs in Resolume, but there is no mistaken the benefits of DXV compression. It beats all other codecs hands down.
