I did a little more research on your machine and it has dedicated ram, so that's not the issue. The chip is very similar to an ATI Radeon X1700 so I would think it has the capability to work. I guess it's best to give them a little time to rest after the release and let things settle down a bit and see if it happens on other Win-based ATI drivers.

The install was good about my Resolume avenue was good but
My Resolume doesn't start not at all, on my ACER Aspire 5670 laptop.
Intel Core Duo T2300 - 1,66GHZ
100 GB - 5400rpm - SATA HDD
1 GB DDR2
Graphiqcard ATI MOBILiTY RADEON X1400 up to 512Mb Hypermemory
All the chipsets are Intel

I'm trying resolume avenue and i have some problems, sometimes when i play the software crash..maybe is the try version??(Resolume_Avenue_3_Beta_rev990_Installer).
I use photojpeg .mov clips as they advise to me..
