Changing the value of speed/fade

Is possible to change the sensitivity factor of the cursor keys and mouse scroll (without make changes in control panel) to get a little better precision when change the fade/speed of channels/layers and bla bla bla ?

no this is not possible .. if you need that kind of precision it,s best to use a midi-controller

another thing you could do is remove the thing in the mouse wheel that makes it click to each position, its realy simple to do and then your mouse wheel will scroll smothly.
might not be exactly what you want, but its a quick hack for it
