It would be great if you could 'normalise' a clips size in an app wide fashion. At the moment if you load a lower/higher resolution clip it gets centred and with 100% scale. This catches me out quite regularly as I ofter use different compositions resolutions depending on the show.

If would be great if you could have a preference for the default sizing of new clips with options for fill, stretch, crop top/bottom, crop sides & 1:1.

For now you can just enable layer width and height for every layer that requires it, which will stretch your content to comp size automatically.

There are plans to improve this with fill and crop options in the future.
