Hello,
i need some advice. Can´t get my USB Pro working with Arena. Tried nearly everything. All kinds of Drivers,Firmwares and Arena Versions. In the Enttec Pro Manager the DMX IN works, Interface is recognized by Arena, but i cant get any Input. Tried Manual Mapping,Learn and Auto Mapping. Any Suggestions ? Urgent Help needed !

I'm getting the same problem, on Win7 64bit and win7 32bit and it's not a question of drives, if you try it on the same PC with arkaos media master pro demo it works
And It'll work if you use it on win XP

Solution after 5 hours of trying: Found an old post from around 2011. Disable the Onboard Com Port in the Bios and it works fine....omg. Big Problem, small solution. SOLVED
