im wanting to connect my mixer upto my pc to try and have a play with it on resolume.. but i take it it has to connect up through the sound card... what type of sound card is required tho for this to be possible?? i.e what ports are need on a card to connect it with a mixer?

any info would be much appreciated

any sound card with "Line-in" will do it

cool.. just been readin up abit on it, and i rekkon i will need a MIDI cable, gona try and hook my mixer up to pc and do it that way, or try buying a MIDI keyboard and havin a play that way
