Question about DXV artefacts on video

Hello! Not long ago i decided convert all footages to DXV codec, but then i convert one footage after convert they got a lot artefacts and loose quality. I dont understand why? And may be you can say tips how to avoid this?

I like the DXV codec.. however its horrible on gradients.. it produces lots of banding.. Its a problem that DXV is a fixed bitrate. I keep running into business type shows that use gradients in the graphics. Depending on the color and type of gradient it produces desirable results that can't be fixed..

The only option in those cases is to go the another codec..

DXV needs to have a 'high' setting to fix these problems.
