Resolume Arena 4.1.6 - Freezing Computer

Hi,
We are using Resolume Arena 4.1.6 in a permanent exposition installation.
The exposition exists of 3 computers, one handling the visitors registration, one with the resolume media server controlled by OSC and one with a custom Max 6 app for creating a live recording.
When the visitor has made his registration (with some options to choose), the media server plays a sequence of clips and effects, while this is recorded by the third pc (and uploaded to a streaming server at night).
The sequence includes live video (with a green key), some DXV background videos (1 minute - full hd each), some flash movies and some static pictures. (+/- 3 of each).
Most of the time, our setup works fine, but sometimes (it happened 4 times since we started the exposition in september), the media server computer freezes without bluescreen, without windows memory dump etc.
Are there internal Resolume Arena causes that can be responsible for a freezing computer? Like the OSC-input, DXV-playback etc. Or is the problem rather due to overheating, drivers etc?
Before the exposition we tested everything thoroughly, with no problems, but the following things where different:
- Other test source files (no DXV, but H264)
- Computer was in "open-air", not in a wooden box like now (the box has some holes for the airflow)
- There is some additional software installed like TeamViewer 6 (creates a virtual display driver?)
We are searching somewhere in the dark now, not knowing what would be the cause of the occasional freezes.
The computer uses an advanced output (2 video outputs, one to a live display, one to the recording pc).
Thanks for your input.
