Video not running correct speed

I have a bunch of videos that need audio output. So I tested to play them. They run to fast in Resolume 4.1.7, if i run them side by side on a other computer with quicktime player only. Resolume runs them way faster, i switched the play mode to timeline for the clip, but that didn't do anything really. Is there a different solution for this.
Also the audio does not seem to be OK. Really strange hum and audio seems to fast with a clicking sound. Any suggestion would be helpful

Check your audio buffer and I bet the clips are automatically being set to Bpm sync. I had this for some clips for life in color.

So i found some things to turn off on the audio side, there all the audio effects been enabled so i took them all out, made it a bit better.
Second i changed the CLIP from BPM Sync to Timeline, still the same problem of the speed not being correct, is there some other setting i need to change that, LAYER, COMPOSITION?
Third that should be on its on topic i think, but i put it here anyways, is it possible to start a playback of a wav file on a other computer networked to resolume, just like a start signal for example VLC, Quicktime. I know there is midi and smpte, i guess i would use that for something like that, any tutorial or doc's so i could read up on this.

Yah, just split the midi signal from a controller. Just search up midi splitter.

In the interface, only two things can affect clip speed.
- The clip speed/pitch parameter itself, which is found in the clip tab.
- The global speed control, found in the top left of the interface.
When both of these are set to 1, and speed is still not correct, you might need to check your audio buffer size in the audio tab of the prefs. Even when not using audio, Resolume uses the audio card for millisecond accurate timing, and on some audio interfaces, the buffersize can negatively affect performance.
If you are still having problems after this, it's probably best to contact us directly.
