Guys, in this view how can i change the name of the decks that appears in tree view?

try to edit the composition in text editor, on the xml code i'v changed the name, but then the .avc file was unreadable by resolume, am i missing something? ir there any kind of way of changing this names?

i really need this!

yep, thanks for the reply, totally clarified, honestly, thinking about not renewing all of your 7 licenses, and looking into the market for a more, versatile solution, too many drawbacks!

Currently the only way to change these names is to close decks (Deck > Close) until they appear in the 'regular' deck area.

I'v found out that you can edit the *.AVC composition there you have the named, allthought when you save the changed editions the file becomes corrupted four opening in resolute, i wonder if there is any safe way or any kind of editor that can safely save the changes.

Like i'v said before, the closing of decks is't a solution because when you save them to appear in the "Regular deck area" that totally messes up with the deck order in the deck list!

What are you using to edit? I edit these manually all the time because I move them between PCs with different directory structures and never have issues.

I can change the deck names when editing, but the updated deck names only show up on the decks in the Composition list, not on the actual decks of the open composition. Also after manually editing names, I can't double click the deck in the composition list that's been edited.

I'm using the good old text editor in MacOS...
