Let me choose the preview thumbnail in the grid

Great would be if i can select my own preview thumbnail in the grid, scrub to a time index hit a button or something in that direction. I get clips that are 2 to 15min in length from various other DJs, so i cut them up in resolume with the play head in and out function, problem is i see always the same preview thumbnail in the grid.
