Text on screen query

I want to be able to use resolume to input text and display onscreen. I know you can do this with Flash but I want the text to increase and decrease depending on the length of the word.
The easiest way for me to describe this is to include some images of the required effect which are below:
So, as you can see if I typed in "Happy Birthday to Alex who's 21" it would resize the text accordingly.
Is their some actionscript I need to use in Flash or is their something else I can do?
Also, is their any known freeframe text plugins?
