video tearing

Hi,
I'm runngin Arena on W7 64 bit, I7 4771 3,5 Ghz, 16GB ram, 2x GTX770 4GB, SSD system drive, 2xSSD content raid.
and I have problem with tearing video. It looks like wrong vertical sync…What's can be the problem? some special settings for GTX? or windows? help please :cry:

May you check if Windows Aero is disabled on your system....? If yes... give it a try with an enabled option

Thanks. With Aero is it much much better. But playback is not smooth (look like drop frames time to time)....

:cry: yes... that's right. Aero activates the vertical sync feature for windows applications....and to minimize the tearing effect one half of the visible calculated frame sometime has to wait for the other half...and this time difference causes a framedrop effect. BUT...no tearing.
But I am pretty sure that the resolume team is working very very very hard on that......very very :roll:

I ´ m hope for quick bugfix of these problem. This is unacceptable for my clients :cry:

hope that you are not running your cards in SLI mode?!

SLI no. I read here, that can be problem with stabilty.

What codec are you used? Is it photo JPG?

Check your audio buffer. Make sure it isn't super low.
