Hey nice of you to check my question.

What i need to know is simple but for my english reading skills difficult. I can't understand how to match my footage to the music that is being played. Can someone tell me in very simple english what i need to do so my footage collection in resolume can interact with the music automatically And how should i setup my system for this?

The next thing i want to know.

I want to film a single dancer onto a greenscreen. I want to use this later on so when I'm at a gig i can match the movement to the sound. A girl dancing for example.

How do you guys prepare footage for this matter?

well,
get a green screen(or blue screen) and a dancer
only thing u have to do is keep the screen evenly lighted...

I don't know yet how to adjust footage in advance to meet certain bpm's

.. so having said that when I'm editing i would need tips on how to adjust these to meet certain rythms and then after this i would like to mix the dancers in resolume.

use a camera that can record more than 25 frames per second, preferably 75 or 100 so u can slow it down or speed it up without getting repeated frames or mixed frames.
so just put on some monotone music and tape it i gues...

what cameras can do 75 or 100 frames/second???

any that are low budget cameras?

VFC-1000SC (1/3" Colour) met max 250 frames per seconde .. is one of those camera's. BUt not low bugdet.


This is not an easy way to solve my problem so i guess I'll try posting this on another forum...
