A few weeks ago I had a Gig after updating from 4.1.7 to 4.1.8 ...
During the Gig Resolume crashed several times during different progresses. Till then I had OSX Lion installed.

After that Gig I updated to OSX Mavericks to make sure the System is up to date.
I tried the Setup several times at home and there was no crash.
During my Gig Yesterday again Resolume crashed again, and again.

I wanted to copy the Error Message inside here, but there are more Characters than allowed and I can't attach any text document containing the Error Message.

To be sure I downloaded 4.1.7 again.

For my next Gig I want to be safe, that my System is running stable.
So can you please tell me, how I can send the Error Message for a check !?

Hello Dalien,
to send your errorlogfile to the resolume guys...there are two ways:

In the resolume preference menu you will find "feedback" and a checkbox for including your logfile...or you send it via mail to mail@resolume.com

Don't forget to give them detailed information about your set-up as-well! capture-cards, used codec and or picture file types, flash, used effects...perhaps describe the crash situations....ect.
