Capture Card doesnt work with resolume arena 4!

i Have a Entv-fm3 cature card for encore electronics. When i connect mi Dslr Cam to the card, it works with the native software, and with iuvcs. (Both programs for Capture video), but when i pick the card for the source menu in resolume, nothing happens only a black image in my output monitor. When i enter to the menu of the capture card. (Double click in the card named "713x Bda ANalog Capture") i reallize that resolume dont recgonize the cature card, because the "signal detected" text, show 0 signals. Thanks and help please!
