Arena 4.1.8 not loading on alternate user account

Hello!
I'm having an issue with Arena 4.1.8. I have two user accounts on my Macbook Pro, one for regular use and another "clean" account for recording tutorials and training videos.
Problem I'm having is that I cannot load Arena 4.1.8 on the second, clean user account. When I double click the application nothing happens. I am able to run 4.1.6 just fine on the account.
Any suggestions as to why this might be happening?
