Remember deck scroll position not working on 4.1.9?

Actually 'Remember scroll position per deck' isn't working for me. I disabled the scroll to clip on shortcut to make sure that wasn't affecting it. Arena Mac.
If I understand the feature correctly I should be able to scroll to Column 16 in Deck A, switch to Deck B which is scrolled to Column 1, then go back to Deck A positioned at Column 16.
