i think i found a little bug in mirror quad. when i flip the Y i always get a small black line across the screen. tried with multiple clips.

This is probably caused by scaling the clip before applying the effect. We use filtering to smooth the image when scaling up, and this can cause the pixels around the edge to be slightly darker. When you then tile these edges against each other, you get a black line.

If you have a clip where this happens without scaling, and you're sure there's no black in the source, we'd love to get our hands on it.

Sure thing, i actually scaled the clip in aftereffects and made sure there are no soft edges around it. I show you 3 clips where it happens, the none flipped Y axis looks fine, only when i flip the Y axis the line appears.

The clips can be downloaded from the link.
they are 1920 x 1080 DXV encoded.
Please add the mirror quad and check flip the Y axis, the others work fine.

Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle. I tested this a lot before releasing, but apparently something has gone wrong.

Thanks for letting us know, we'll look into it.

KKK :) yes analog recycling, back to old school kkkkk. I love the quad mirror tho, really great for giving low resolution material a high res look again. Really interesting effects.
