Looking at new Laptop - Msi - Will it be decent?

Hey folks,
I am wandering away from the Mac world for the first time in 14 years, and I am wondering if this machine will be decent to run Resolume. I am not looking to blend more than 3 layers and looking to use two separate outputs (projectors); but I would like the future option of a single live video source for mixing...
Here are the specs:
Display 15.6" WQHD+ 3K (2880x1620)
CPU Core i7-4810MQ (4 x 2.8 GHz, 3.8 GHz Turbo, 8x threads with Intel HyperThreading)
Chipset HM87
Video nVidia Geforce GTX870M, 3GB GDDR5
Memory 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM
Storage 128GB SSD (mSATA3) + 1TB (SATA) 7200 RPM Hard Drive
Matrix Display Support 3 more LCDs
HDMI-out HDMI 1.4
Mini-Display Port mDP v1.2 x 2
USB USB 3.0 x 3, USB 2.0 x 1
I know the home display is a bit much, and hopefully there is a setting in Windows 8.1 to tone it down a bit, but overall, will this be a decent unit?
Thanks!
