3 layers - each going to a different projector

Hello,
I am in the process of trying to get a 3 projector setup working from a single laptop.

I would like to be able to have a composition open in Resolume with 3 layers of different videos. I would like each layer to be playing a different HD video file, and I would like each one of those different videos to be going to a different projector. Is this something that is achievable with a MTHTG? I know it can take a single video file and break it up to span across separate projectors, but can it send completely different layers to each projector? If so, could someone please explain how to achieve that?

If not, what would I need to get each projector a completely separate video file on a different layer, from a single computer? Would a graphics card with 3 outputs do that? Thank you so much for any help or information you can provide!!!!!

that can be done easily with a triple head2go

I have attached a sample advanced screen setup for an output with 3x 1024x768 outputs. that is for 3 4:3 projectors.
basically you have to set up the th2go to be a 3x1024 wide 768 high display, then using advanced output you place the slices equally across the wide output. covering each 1/3 of the output.
3x1024x768.zip
screensetup
(6.42 KiB) Downloaded 694 times
place the xml into documents\resolume arena4 \ presets\screensetup folder then open up arena

edit:I think my th2go digital can go up in resolution from vga input up to 3x1280 x800, but that may be due to my video card

edit2: here is a compatibility tool from matrox to check your maximum resolution http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/suppo ... /gxm/tool/

As an alternative, if you have DisplayPort 1.2a on your laptop (mini or regular) you should also look into the EVGA DP Hub (http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.as ... DP-1301-L1) which would give you 3 independent DisplayPort outputs. You can then use active adapters to output DVI, HDMI or VGA.

Ahhhh! Its done with 3 slices within one "screen" in resolume. That is the piece of the puzzle I was missing. Thank you so much for the responses! I deeply appreciate it!!!!!!

With the EVGA approach you'd have three screens with 1 slice each.
