Controlling the playback of the movie with audio

Hi !
It would be interesting to have the possibility to control the position of the playhead of a movie with the audio amplitude. This would allow to scratch a video with a sound or to make some interesting Vu-Meters.
At Zero amplitude the video is stopped at the frame (x) and at the max Amplitude the video is at the frame (y).
Or while the video is playing the sound amplitude would make it go faster (or slower).
There is already a way to control the playhead via midi so it should not be difficult to add this feature, I suppose.
