Can't unregister!

I'm at the apple store trying to unregister resolume as I'm getting a replacement mac but I can't!
I go through preferences>registration>unregister but nothing happens. I'm getting the "are you sure you want to bla bla..." but it remains registered agter that!

Just relax and give your computer with Resolume registered. If it's being wiped, there's no problem.

If you do get any problems registering on the new computer, just contact us directly and we'll help you out.
