Matrox Graphics eXpansion Module

I did not find any thread about the adapter in the search mask, so I will ask the fellows now.
Does anybody have experiences with the Expanderdevice "Matrox Graphics eXpansion Module" für 2 or 3 extra Monitors, Projectors for a Notebook?
I am planning to use Resolume Arena for a small Event, where space for a full PC Desktop machine is rare. I want to use 2 Projectors with a Notebook (500 GB SSD, 8 GB RAM, Intelcore I3 Processor) for doing Projection Mapping by throwing already produced Videoanimations on two walls. It is not neccessary to work as a LJ with changing and livecomposing elements. The Animation should run in a loop for a view hours a day.
The problem is, that a Notebook usually has only one HDMI output. This Adapter from Matrox should be able, to connect up to three extra Monitors/Projectors on one HDMI Connector.
But Advertising is one thing, the truth the other.
I need to know, whether it works proper, before I possible waste the money.
Thanks for answering.
