Removing grid marks from projected output

I am a new Resolume 4 user, and we have a problem with grid marks showing up all over the projector output of our show laptop. Those grid marks aren't on the screen image in 'advanced output'. How do I remove them from our projected output?
Many thanks in advance!

you can switch on grids for help in effects like keystone. maybe you left on one?

in advanced output there is a checbox bottom left, to show grids for selected slice, but it only shows when the advanced output window is open.

or maybe you have the Show Test Card enablen in Output menu.

No, those aren't correcting our issue.

Here's a snapshot of what we're seeing on our projected output...

I don't know of any setting or plugin that could make a pattern like this.

have you tried with another laptop? maybe it's the projector that does this.
(or the video memory?)

what video card do you have in the laptop?

We have not tried another laptop as we have purchased this refurbished Macbook Pro (2.8 Ghz i7; 4GB memory) specifically for Resolume. It's got the stock video card.
We know it's not the projector, since we have seen this on the output screen within the Mac as well. Not the 'advanced output' page, but the actual full screen output.

and by stock you mean... ?
old integrated intel cards are known to behave unexpected, but this pattern looks more like a memory/gpu issue for me.
I have seen a similar pattern on my msi notebook when the nvidia card failed, but then it was all over the primary screen.

Ok. Thanks. We'll move to a PC laptop.
