video masking for layers

Hi all,
Is there a way to have a layer multiply only 1 selected layer underneath it rather than all layers underneath it?
For a building projection I'm trying to create 3 planes of content but I'm a bit stuck as to how best to go about it and I'd greatly appreciate some thoughts if possible. See the test image I output from resolume. This uses alpha png masks on Layer 1 and 3 to mask the video content on those layers.
Foreground: Building face (purple)
Middle: Object in a room behind the building face which is visible through gaps in the face (Blue)
Background: Rear Wall of the room behind the building face (green)
I want to use greyscale videos rather than alpha png masks so I can achieve a sense of depth on the buildings geometry as well as take advantage of changing lighting etc in the greyscale videos from a scene in C4D. I want video A to reveal resolume content on the foreground face of the building and video B to reveal resolume content on the background wall + I want to put another video layer in the middle so it looks like an object is in the room.
This is what I currently have. I want layer 5 to multiply layer 4 so it reveals the resolume content via the greayscale video which will be the foreground building face. Is there a way to do this
Layer 5: Foreground Building face - Greyscale video ??
Layer 4: Foreground Building face - resolume content
Layer 3: Middle - Alpha video
Layer 2: Background Wall - Grey scale video (Layer mode - multiply @50%)
Layer 1: Background Wall - resolume content
Thanks,
Jimmy
