It would be cool to make the beat indicator midi mappable so that resolume would send out midi on each beat. This could be used to light up a led on a controller in time with the beat so you can quickly see if you're out of sync with music.

i do this the other way round :

i mapped the bpm Tab on my midi controller, and from time to time i tap the bpm on the right way

Takes the same time then check the blinking light if its correct and its possible immediately

I actually quite like this idea. I'll add it to the feature bucket.
