Nvidia Quadro M6000 + 5860x800 Comp @ ~25fps?

Hey everyone,
I work for an event space which just got a new system with an HP Z workstation. Switching over from a Mac with a GTX970 4GB edition, I did not expect to have an issue playing one video at 5860x800 with a 1920x1080 layered on top of it. However, I average out about 25fps. The workstation also features PCI-E drives exclusively, which are supposed to be a big step up from SSD's.
Also, Resolume will sometimes freeze up the output and preview displays but still present the controls as if it is still operating. This usually results in a force close.
All content is in DXV3 format using AME and running from a secondary PCI-E drive.
Global effects are disabled.
I can post more hardware info as requested.
Any tips or ideas as to what I can do to improve performance?
