Fixture reame, dragndrop in Adv. Out. etc.

Some added functions would be nice, like
- renaming the fixture in the lumiverse, like the slices in screens, to be able to better track them, of course the fixture template itself would keep its name.
- dragNdrop fixtures between lumiverses just like the slices.
- fixture input snapping between lumiverses

- a remove all DMX inputs/outputs would be handy in preferences, when creating a new dmx setup.
- DMX setup save, load for preferences, and moving between venue setups.
