Adding other DMX channels than color data

There needs to be a way to easily add fixtures with large amounts of non-RGB channels. For example, patching a 19ch moving head with CMY. It would be nice if I could tell Resolume that I have a 19ch fixture and channels 5-7 control CMY. Then be able to replicate that across multiple fixtures

In your case since you'd still want to control channels 1-4 and 8-19 with your lightboard, you would just create a 1x1 fixture in CMY colorspace and offset the DMX start channel of your fixtures in Resolume so that fixture #1 starts at DMX #5, fixture #2 starts at DMX #24, etc... (or whatever DMX start address for each fixture +4)

You can add channels to fixtures other than colors, so the you can assemble the channel order,
color channels appear in the input tab,
and you can adjust control channel default values, set to a fixed value (you choose that depending on the dmx merge setting).
This way the you don't have to calculate the channel offsets, just place the fixtures in the output after the last one.

Example of a 19 channel fixture where channel 5-7 control CMY values.

Any chance you could make a spanning dummy parameter so that this 19-channel instrument could be only three lines when you define the fixture to simplify workflow:
- 1-4: dummy parameter 1:
5-7: CMY pixels
8-19: dummy parameter 2
