I am searching suggestions for iPad or PC tools to generate visuals simple and quick.

Something like FiddlyBits for the iPad:


Only requirements:
- Easy and simple to use.
- Uses touch or mouse input for generating.
- Supports output to external monitor (Like for example FiddlyBits)

A while back I dabbled a bit with openFrameworks as well. http://www.hybridvisuals.nl/projects/candyballism/. Mind you, this was back in the iPad 1 days, and it doesn't look very nice when scaled on the new retina devices. It's available for iOS depending on whether or not I remembered to pay my developer fee for the AppStore...
