show back ups

Hi
I'm am doing a lot of corporate mapping shows. I have been using a PC as the main machine. But we have now brought a Mac Pro for the main and intend using the PC as a back up. Once the show and mapping files are saved on the Mac can I copy them and use them straight on the PC. Dose it matter that there two different operating systems?

You can copy everything just fine.
The screen setup should go in the documents/Resolume Arena X/presets/screensetup/ ,
the composition file and media files you can place anywhere, then a media reconnect will be needed, but that's about all.
If you have custom key/dmx/osc/midi mapping the preferences folder should be copied also.

If you want to make the process easy, I would recommend keeping all your artwork in one folder. That way when you are moving things around, the reconnect process is quick and easy.

Unfortunately Cosmowe doesn't have a mac version yet so that won't work for Simon Whale
