Seeking a good graphics card so that I can run two Full HD beamer
However, it should also remain stable fps
30 / 60fps

Nvidia 980 or 980ti are pretty sure values and you'll have no issues driving two HD projectors but keep in mind that FPS depends on how your composition is structured.

But also an older GTX 580 will do a good job running 2 1080p60 Outputs simultaneously. And it's not so expensive.
