Detecting problems

Hi there, i work in a club which have projection mapping in walls.
my main problem is the projection detection because i have 5 projectors connected to 2 computers individually, so i use all my graphics card outputs...
the setup for each projector is simples, 60ft of VGA cable connect to each output of the graphics card(nvidia gforce gtx660) with convertors (hdmi to vga, dvi to vga and displayport to vga). i know this isn't the right way to do it, but the Matrox are to expensive to the club...
MAIN PC (3 projectors 1280x800)
SLAVE PC (2 projectors 1280x800) - i control the slave pc through OSC so i only need to use 1 pc to perform.
My question is:
what is the best cheap way to connect all the projectors only to 1 pc?
the detecting problems are because of the convertors? or the lenght of cables ?
where i can find good active adaptors to eliminate this problem?
