Windows 10 Flash crash

I am running Arena 5.0.1.

Tried to test a flash countdown for new years on my windows 10 x64 workstation. Resolume crashes after dragging ANY swf file into the composition. I have flash player installed for internet explorer and flash is enabled in microsoft edge browser.

This is what is in the log:
Start composition
Begin GlEngine start
End GlEngine start
Start osc controller
Start playback controller
Initialise midi controller, start devices
Registration file does not exist: C:\ProgramData\Resolume Arena 5\registration\Registration.avr
Select first column
Select first layer
Select first clip
Select first deck
Show all settings
Show composition settings panel
Delete splashWindow
Ask user to ask wether he wants to copy old settings/compositions
Startup sequence completed
***
Flash: check if installed
As seen in the log the copy on my workstation is unregistered, if that makes a difference?

The machine I actually use to VJ is currently running windows 7 x64. I can load any or the same flash file on that with no issues. I was worried for a moment there I wouldnt be able to use my flash countdown :)

My question is: Is there anything I may have missed that is specific to getting flash files to load on windows 10?

Temporary work around:: Screen capture the .swf from Adobe standalone flash player.

And somehow now flash content on my same win 10 machine works fine in Arena 5.0.1, I have no idea what has changed that would have affected flash.
