add selected effect to current selected item on key command

just a little thing that could speed up workflow,
so I am searching for an effect preset by typing the name, after a few letters I have my preset that I want to add to the currently selected/previewed clip(layer/composition whatever tab is active).
so now instead of getting the mouse and cursor to drop the effect to the selected thing, - my hands are on the keyboard already - if I could just hit Enter or ALT+Enter and the effect would magically appear at the end of the applied effects, that would be nice
