Good morning everybody.
I'm new. Excuse me my english but i'm italian. I try to explain my problem. I've bought a Triplehead2go. I connect it to my laptop with hdmi cable using DVI - HDMI adapter, same thing for 3 output. Then i connected 3 hdmi cable to 3 hdmi extender using 15 mt cat7 cable and finally to TV hdmi port. The laptop recognizes 3 monitor but nothing happen, always the blue screen remain. The card led is green. I read on internet that is necessary replace DVI-HDMI adapter with DVI-HDMI cable.
Who can help me ?
It's urgent?
Thanks a lot

A few questions:
- Which TH2G model do you have?
- What resolution are your 3 monitors?
- Is your DVI output dual link?
- What about your DVI cable and DVI to HDMI adapter, are they dual link?
- Have you tested your HDMI extenders?

1 - TH2Go is Digital Edition
2 - Monitor resolution are 1280x600/60hz
3 - Output are DUAL LINK and i use DVI to HDMI "adapter" and not "cable" (probably this is the problem);
4 - If i connect pc directly to HDMI extender, monitor work

What about if you connect TH2G to monitors without using your HDMI extenders?

Distance between monitor and pc is over 15 mt.... I NEED extender....
The problem aren't HDMI extender because if i connect pc to them, monitor works!!!
The problem, probably, are "adaptors" ...
I want to know if replacing "adaptors" with cable (DVI-D to HDMI) I resolve situation.
Thanks..

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I understand you need the extenders but if you can you should test your system without the extenders to rule things out. Just because it works with your PC doesn't mean it works with the TH2G.

My go to DVI<>HDMI cable is the BlueRigger High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (http://amzn.com/B004S4R5CK)

HDMI and DVI are the same standard for video so the adapter is just a straight through connector not a converter but There is a lot of not so good adapters out there so it's possible you've got a couple bad ones.

Now i understand what to you mean. I tried without extender but the problem remain.
So you say that adaptor and cable, definitely, are the same thing? Or you advice me to buy cable (like the one you showed me)?

If the problem remains when you're not using the extenders chances are it comes from a setting in the TH2G. Have you been able to successfully use your TH2G at all?

Ok. My two cents on this:
I own an analog TH2G.
Once I had a problem that no image was getting thru the output displays or projectors. I did try everything untill I realized that the TH2G is very exact concerning the input information. So, try to avoid adaptors, at least to the input source: your computer to the TH2G.
It worked for me!
