Do you get a low memory warning before it crashes?

No, zero warning.

From task manager: 12% cpu, 10%ram, 0% disk in crash moment.

Your GPU is more of low end card (
Specs) and you're running a lot of effects on your comp (I see 31 on your pic) so I'm thinking that the combination of these two things (weak GPU and lots of effects) is making your system crash.
Try the same comp without any effects and introduce them one at time to figure out when the system crashes.

Ok. I will remove effects and test it. Thx! But on win 7 and avenue 4.2.1 everything work fine with the same composition.

I have 60 fps stably and no fully load GPU.

Why don't you uninstall all version of Avenue you have in there and try a clean installation.
Also, run
DDU Uninstaller to remove all your GPU drivers and reinstall the current version for your OS.

Thank you for your tips! I try complete reinstal (win+resolum) and no change. In this moment I testing 4.2.1 and after 30 minute working smoothly and without freezes.

If I'm not mistaken, the problem is that 4.2.1 works, but 4.5.1 doesn't.
