Arena 5 DMX Chart

Hello!
I am in the process of testing Arena 5 and controlling it through ArtNet from another machine running Jands Vista.
The DMX chart is in the manual folder inside the Resolume application folder. However I cannot open the file. It says I do not have permission to open the file. "Get info" shows everything has the correct permissions so I'm at a loss.
Does anyone have a link to the DMX chart that I can open? Jands doesn't have the fixture profile created yet for 5 and I am trying to help speed up the process.
