Keypad Control

Here is the solution for everyone who use an external usb-keypad to quickly control some "basic" functions like forward, pause, mute, ... As we know the keypad numbers 1-9 (num-locked) send different Scancodes to Windows as the "normal" 1-9 keys. The keypad numbers can be assigned in resolume, but will have no effect if pressed. So i used the Registry to make a ScancodeMap - the Keypad now works. See the attached .reg - File.
But now i have a question, too: is it possible to 1.) play an VideoClip (2sec) WITH sound and 2.) auto-stop and mute the player afterwards?
Thanks. Klaus

i had the same question, i wanted to assign to midi keys the clips and play like an instrument, the thing is, that i want to trigger the clips for as long as the key is pressed but i want the clip to go away when the key is not pressed.

hi, is it also possible to use an usb keypad to trigger clips (it looks like the resolume grid, so it would be very nice to configure it that way...) some device like this:

resolume cannot play video clips with sound, there is a 'hack' that some flash files will play the sound, but its not too reliable afaik.

the x-keys is a better product because you have exacly a 20 button grid.
