Resolume Forum

Hi there,

I just tried to set up a Resolume 5 Arena on a windows 10 computer, controlling by a GrandMA 2 (3.1.2.5).
I just realized that it's impossible to set-up.
Does someone has already find a way to do it ? Did someone already found the good fixture profile?

I looked to a lot of forum and tutorials and, nothing...

I'm running resolume on OSX but the method should be the same.
It's explained in the manual.

First what I do is set up a network router with 2 network cables :
-one running to the GMA2 Artnet port
-the other to the computer

Set the IP of the GMA2 to 2.0.0.1, subnetmask should be something like 255.0.0.0
Set the IP of you computer to static and to something in the 2.0.0.X range for example 2.0.0.10, subnetmask should be something like 255.0.0.0

Set your Artnet universe sending the DMX info to resolume to universe =0, subnet =0,
If you can't set it to 0, Set it to 1.
And set the Settings in the preference menu in resolume to the same Universe and subnet.

Now you should be able to either use the automap or custom mapping.
With a fixture profile I can't help you, I always make my own custom map.
