It will be good to have such feature in prior of vsync.
For example, all my content is 30 fps, and I just set fps cap in resolume settings.

If you're using bpm sync Resolume is going to modify your 30fps clip anyways. The only thing that should matter is the video card matching the refresh rate of the monitor. But since devices are these days are all different and a lot of new tech is up sampling to much higher refresh rate. That being said I turn off vertical sync.
