Random border appearing

Hi all,
Anyone have any idea what might be causing a border to appear in the attached image?
I've also attached a screenshot out the Output input panel too.
I thought it might be a mask but it doesn't matter which direction i move the slices the gap remains.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Sorry about the dumb question. But are you sure that it is not a footage error?
I mean... I had that before. When I checked my footage, zoomed in, the one pixel gap was there due to some error usually made by myself while editing joining image parts. Nothing related to mapping or slices.

Could it be something on the Output tab?

Thanks for the replies guys
t1swift - i thought it could be but have tried moving the screens and slices and the border remains.
pfelberg - not a footage error, if i move the bird up it appears fine. the border goes all the way around the slice.
maybe i should redraw the slice and screen?

Is the bird a png file, a still, with alpha enabled?
So when you move the bird or remove the bird from the composition, the border disapears?

could you upload the screensetup file, so we could do some tests?
