Literally no outputs available, advanced does not open

Hello!
I'm having an issue with Arena 5:

No outputs are available at all! This may or may not have happened after I've transferred all my friend's Arena settings on a flash drive (the entire folder), but I've since deleted it, so I'm not sure whether it's relevant.

edit: Oh, and when I try to open the Advanced window, nothing happens. Any ideas?

edit2: oh, and my monitor configuration is as follows:

edit3: And finally, while I do use a GeForce NVidia Video card (whose drivers are up to date), I've set the multi-display mode with no dice: Image

edit4: And I opened the log, and it seems the relevant portion is:

Advanced Screensetup library, Load message: 
Advanced Screensetup library, Error: library failed to load!
edit5: And maybe I should also note that this worked before on this system without hardware or software changes I can think of. I have since tried reinstalling the video drivers as in this post, without any change. Any ideas? I'm quite desperate.

Could you contact us directly with the rest of the log file, please? We'd like to see a bit more about the OpenGL version you are running.

First let's get you updated to 5.0.4. Then please contact us directly at mail@resolume.com, or via the feedback tab of the preferences, including the new log file.

Hi!

Sorry for not getting in touch, I was fighting my e-mail. In any case, upgrading to 5.0.4 fixed the issue - but so did (apparently?) installing the Windows 8.1 media update!

Do you still want the log for debugging purposes?

Happy to hear you found a solution! I think the Media Update tip might be very valuable to other users.
