The PC program cannot be started after sleep close lid

Ladies and gentlemen, my computer is ALIENWARE 17 inch, i7-4710HQ 2.5 Ghz 、16GMemory, Intel HD 4600、Nvidia Geforce 970, Windows 10 Home 64bit 1607、 Resolume Arena 5.1, when I closed the laptop lid, 5.1 system into sleep, then open the lid, into the system, couldn't run Resolume, prompt program has stopped working.
I've been reinstall the operating system, or so, I doubt whether there is a conflict with other software.
