Loop section after clip fully plays?

I have a long video clip and want it to fully play. Once it is finished I'd like a certain part to loop forever. Is that possible? Or is there a way to have clip play fully and then start another clip right after finishing?

1. Drag a second instance of the video file into the same layer as the first instance, as a new clip, in the clip slot right next to it.
2. Select the second clip.
3. In the "clip" menu, set the in and out points of the video to the section you need.
4. Right click the first clip, scroll to Auto Pilot, select "Play Next Clip."
5. Right click the second clip, scroll to Auto Pilot and make sure that "Layer Determined" is chosen (this is the default mode).
6. Make sure in your "layer" menu, the Auto Pilot feature is set to OFF.
Voila.
Auto Pilot is a great feature. You can choose a setting for each layer, and each clip. It's covered in the manual (which may become your best friend and your Bible). Here's a DocOptic video tutorial about the feature:
