I have a problem, I put two capture cards from Avermedia (Live Gamer HD), and when I capture through the Arena, the image seems to be in low resolution, but when I open the original program of the board (RECentral), the image Perfect. Does anyone know what can it be?

(Sorry for the bad english, I used a translator).

In addition to the fact that your capture card is not be natively supported by Resolume, your motherboard only has 20 PCIe lanes available and you have 2 GTX970 which takes 16 lanes (2x8) so it's possible you're close to maxing it out.

Currently (dec 2016) only Blackmagic is supported.

Re: Capture card problems (Avermedia) - Work Around - SOLVED!!!

I was finally able to share captured video from Avermedia Extreme Cap U3 as a source to Resolume.
The work around was achieved after a lot of reading and research online, mostly often heading back to the Resolume forum, indeed.
The work around make usage of freeware side softwares and I happy enough to be able to capture videos at 1280x720 resolution so far. More tests are needed for higher resolutions I guess.

RECentral, windows software bundled with the card, worked fine everytime. Also, Resolume could identify the source, but never get the image to be displayed properly. So, all I had to do was to make avaiable another input coming from windows that Resolume could use as source properly.

The solution is to use the VLC Player to get the input images captured using Avermedia and then send them to Spout.
NewTek Inc has developed a bunch of NDI tools. Among them, a VLC plugin.
So, VLC is set to send the output straight to Newtek NDI.
Then, used "NDI to Spout" to select source.
A new Spout Source will show up in Resolume and we are done!

Cheers!
