Face replacement in video plugin

Hi !
I used to work with Adobe Premiere & AfterEffects in many projects. It's funny now how there's consumer apps to make anything you want (like replace faces in a video, or add glass/hat/etc...). I would like to find some plugins (that would be supported by Resolume) that would do that kind of thing. I'm not so lucky so far in my search,
